Coach Paxos is a graduate of North Canton Hoover class of 2003. He was a 4 year varsity letterman in wrestling, qualifying for state his senior year, 2 year varsity letterman in soccer, and 1 year letterman in football. Next he attended Walsh University in North Canton where he graduated in 2008 with a degree in Finance and later his MBA in 2015. He was a 3 year member of the Walsh University football team under head coach Jim Dennison. Coach Paxos is entering his 7th year on the wrestling staff at North Canton, with his first six at the youth level where he had multiple league state championship and many placers and qualifiers. Coach Paxos has also coached alongside Coach Lofland with the Vikings wrestling club which focuses on Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. Coach Paxos is married to his wife Brittany and have three sons together.

Coach Lofland is a graduate of North Canton Hoover class of 2017. He was a three year varsity letterman in wrestling and a two year varsity letterman in football. After high school Coach Lofland served six years in the Army. Three years active duty as an infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division and the last three years with the Ohio National Guard. Coach Lofland is entering his fourth year on the Hoover wrestling staff the first year he was a volunteer assistant coach for the High School team and the past two seasons as the assistant Middle School coach. Coach Lofland has also been the varsity football linebackers coach for the past three seasons. Coach Lofland has also coached alongside Coach Paxos with the Vikings wrestling club which focuses on Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. Coach Lofland is a current student at Walsh University where he is pursuing a Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science.
